Why Choose
Zenox Lubricants
Formulated for AU Conditions
All products formulated by Zenox Lubricants have been developed by Australians to withstand the Australian climate and harsh conditions. This has led us to formulate products which are dust-resistant, non-staining, non-corrosive, and in some cases non-toxic.
100% Australian Made
At Zenox, we pride ourselves on our products being 100% Australian made with locally sourced ingredients. This not only allows us to ensure the highest quality ingredients are being used in our products, but that we are supporting both local people and their businesses.
Industrial Chemist Formulated
Zenox industrial lubricants have been formulated by our company founder and chemical chemist, Mr Graham George in conjunction with Chemical Consultancy Services. They have developed our products to the highest standard which exceeds regulatory compliance.
As a wholesaler who services the Mining and Industrial sectors we rely on good quality products and excellent service, both of which Zenox provides! We have used alternative products in the past before we got introduced to Zenox, and those products were not suitable for the harsh environments that we supply in to and have unfortunately caused quite some damage. As soon as Zenox came to us with their product we have never looked back and will only supply their products in to our mining customers as they love it and we know we won’t be let down! We strongly recommend Zenox for all applications they cover, a great product that is locally manufactured – you cannot go wrong!
“Zenox products “Pop Lube” and “Gloves In Can” are two fantastic products now available from all Total Eden stores. Mr Bogue from Zenox presented both lines to Total Eden in August 2005. Initially I was extremely sceptical about both lines – “would they actually work”. Well after thorough field testing I was truly amazed at the results – “Yes they did work with amazing results

How is lubricant made?
Specific production of industrial lubricants may vary from company to company; however, a general step-by-step process may include:
- Selection of the base oil – There are two basic base categories for lubricant oil, mineral based, and synthetic based. The choice of the base oil will determine the desired characteristics of the product. For example, whether it is for viscosity, performance, or has temperature requirements. Synthetic oils are manufactured polyalphaolefins, which are hydrocarbon-based polyglycols or ester oils. Mineral oils are refined from naturally occurring petroleum, or crude oil.
- Additives – Chemical compounds are mixed with the base oils to enhance properties and performance. Depending on the desired product outcome, these additives help to improve the characteristics of the product.
- Blending – During the blending process, components are mixed together in large tanks to ensure additives are thoroughly combined throughout the base oil to achieve consistent performance from the product.
- Quality control – We perform a rigorous quality control process to ensure every product distributed from Zenox is consistent and provides the desired outcome.
